I, also, am one of those who started in kindergarten and went all the way through high school. Gayle was always a special part of that group. But my most significant memory of her was talking with her at the 40th(?) reunion. She was so warm and gracious and full of life. We spoke for a long time and I remember thinking I would love to keep up with her. Very sad to hear of her death.

I did not know Gayle well during  during High School. I really got to know her years later through the scholarship set up through Amador Valley Scholarships, The George Jacobson-Brent Wilcox Memorial Scholarship.  We would connect twice a year to pick and award the scholarship. I was heartbroken to hear of her passing. Gayle was a sweet, caring woman. She would always greet me, "how ya doing Kid?" I will miss her??

Adelia ! Hi from Gayle can't wait to see you. Please let me know when exactly your mom's birthday is and her address I want to send her a card. See you soon. How can have we and your mom ! been around so long / We were just kids !!! The swim party we still have that house but planning to let it go this year makes me sad memories !!!! but time passes and i live in Oregon, Brent and my Mom have moved to another world so ...we go forward and look back with memories of times rich with love and laughter. We are so LUCKY.

JANE !! Hi and THANKS for being the person to take on this project !!!! I expect to attend either date , I hope. Days go by and lives change so who knows day to day. If I can help with this project I will try let me know. I am prehistoric in most ways internet included. But I can try. I am in contact with some, but not many. Also....Susan Bryan's mom passed to another world in December. I know you liked her. There is a small emphasis small family gathering in April I will give those there your best thoughts. She (Edie) was loved and honored until the end of this life and remembered beyond. I knew her since I was 5. She and my mom remained close as well as me and a few other classmates to the end. I think almost all of our moms are now gone....she and Jill's mom and my mom stayed with us well into their 90's yikes lives well lived. We have been blessed with love.
