For several years I worked for recreation departments in Pleasanton & Dublin, a few years for PG&E and then for the Dublin San Ramon Services District until I retired in 2011. I have enjoyed traveling to different parts of the globe(Brazil, Australia, Korea, So.Europe,Canada & many parts of Mexico) and more to come after retirement in 2011. In 2013 Maureen and I married and honeymooned in Ireland for 3 weeks and Paris for a week. I have a great time with Maureen & her grandchildren. Living in & watching Pleasanton grow into the fine community that it is has been a blessing. We really enjoy wine tasting, as we have traveled throughout California,Oregon, New Mexico, British Columbia,The Hunter Valley in Australia and even Arizona. Looking forward to seeing you at the 50th. Cheers!! Big surprise, I'm now working part-time at a Livermore Valley winery.
I have many memories at Amador especially the Senior Banquet at The Claremont. The emergency exit slides!! Does anybody else remember? I had many great team members on our 1970 undefeated soccer team. Thanks Coach Tom Simonds.
Hey Dave, just caught your post for my birthday. Thanks. I remember back in our H.S. days I was having a problem in one of my classes, can't recall which one but it was probably math and I would come over to your house for some help. Thanks. As I recall you lived in Dublin? Got some sad news yesterday as we lost one of our most likeable classmates, Joe Rose. He was a fixture here in P-Town. He will be missed.
