Billie Roach, an amazing spirit, an amazing person with a great sense of humor and understanding. I don't know how it all worked out so that my neighborhood had Billie and the Roach Family, along with so many amazing families, but Billie - up on top of the Greats! She, along with Virginia Patten - two of the greatest ever.
Billie was the proverbial Light in everyone's life. Always smiling and happy and uplifting. I worked for she [and Cheryl Oreglia] a few semesters in the front office for extra credits. She was wonderful and we miss her. Rest In Peace dear one.
