I remember hearing the news from Jeanine that Mark had died in a car crash. I think at the time he was going to college somewhere in Southern California. I remember Mark always seemed restless to me... always on the go but not sure where he was going. The makeshift baseball field where we played Senior League was right behind his house on Wicklow Lane. I remember he was a lefty and if I was in right field... just play the line and back up all the way!
