Georgia Anne Bomberry (Gleason)
January 19, 1952 - September 8, 2011
Georgia was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer 6 years ago, and continued working as an RN in Thor, Iowa until just recently. She is survived by, Leona Bomberry-Mother, Wes Gleason-Husband, Sarah Gleason-Daughter, Tim Bomberry and Larry Anderson-Brothers.
Gayle Cutter (Sharp) provided information to us on September 13, 2011 and also shared a personal comment. "Georgia was my best friend in High School, we lost track of one another after my son was born and I found her about a year ago on this sight."

I'm greatly saddened to hear of Georgia's passing. Georgia was my next-door neighbor from the time I was in the 5th grade until I went to college. I was, and still am, a friend of her brother and saw Georgia quite often as I was frequently over at their home. I will always remember her as being very kind, quiet, having a sweet disposition, and always having a ready smile. Georgia will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
